Your registration information

Sydekyks by iBAS Software FR uses your company name, contact email and phone to verify your trial, administer product access and respond to your registration. Registration sends an email notification to rein@ibasuite.com. It does not subscribe you to marketing.

The licensing service receives an installation identifier and entitlement checks. It does not receive workflow contents, files, AI prompts, application passwords or provider API keys.

A trial lasts 30 days from verified registration. All product functionality requires an active trial or license. After expiry, access and new execution stop; stored application data is preserved. Already running work can finish.

Contact details for an expired trial are removed after 90 days. A hash of the email remains to prevent repeated trials. Commercial license records remain while needed to administer the customer relationship. Verification requests expire after 10 minutes and are removed within a day. Operational email records are removed after seven days following delivery.
